These terms apply when you use the Laundré website or visit a Laundré laundromat or dog wash. By using our website or stores, you agree to them.
Using our stores
- Please follow the signs, instructions and machine guides in store, and use machines only for their intended purpose.
- Don’t wash or dry items that are soaked in flammable substances (such as oil, fuel or solvents), items that could damage the machines, or anything a label says shouldn’t be machine washed or tumble dried.
- Check the care labels and pockets before washing. We’re not responsible for items damaged because of their own condition or labelling, or for items lost from pockets.
- Please don’t leave your washing unattended for long periods. We’re not responsible for items left in or taken from machines, and unclaimed items may be removed or disposed of.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Dog wash users are responsible for their dogs and must clean up after them. Dogs aren’t allowed in the laundry area unless the store’s signage says otherwise.
- Stores are monitored by CCTV. Anyone who damages property, behaves unsafely or misuses the premises may be asked to leave and may be reported to police.
Prices and payments
Prices are shown on the machines and pay stations in store and may change without notice. Prices on this website are a guide only. All stores are cashless. If a machine doesn’t work properly, please contact us with the store, machine number, time and payment details, and we’ll look into a refund or credit.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can’t be excluded.
Using our website
- We try to keep the information on this website (including store details, opening hours and prices) accurate and up to date, but it may change and we don’t guarantee it’s complete or error-free.
- You may view and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content, photos, logos or branding without our written permission.
- “Laundre” is a registered trade mark. All other content on this site is owned by or licensed to Laundré.
- Links to other websites are for convenience only. We’re not responsible for their content.

Information about owning a Laundré laundromat is general in nature. It isn’t an offer, financial advice or a guarantee of any return. Any franchise is offered only under a formal disclosure document and franchise agreement, as required by the Franchising Code of Conduct. You should get independent legal, financial and accounting advice before investing.

Our online course may be provided through a third-party platform. Purchases and access are also subject to that platform’s terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Laundré isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our stores or website. Where our liability can’t be excluded but can be limited, it’s limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the amount you paid for it.
